And then, if you want, you could even manipulate it in the way you thing is balanced, if any aditional modification are required. If you want to keep "vanilla's requiem" rules just take the record from Requiem and "copy as override into" > your new esp you will place below Requiem/requiem patches. If I were you, u/FinnStin, I'd first, have a look to see wich ESP are related to hoods, then you decide. On this particular I believe the way Turija's said is the best one. With little time will be easy, don't worry and just go to town. Most relevant IIRC: "copy as override into" (copy a record into a new ESP, even if it is yet to be created), "copy as new record into" (not overriding, just a seconday way to include any record in your esp), "compare selected" (obviously). And in the end you will be needing to use very little comands, or at least I believe that is true statement for regular users like me. Turija is right, learning TES5Edit is like learning mechanic by a driver.

Maybe there's a bug on my side that's not universal. Is there a way to do both these things? Thanks in advance for your help.ĮDIT: Equipping Morokei also makes my head invisible. I would be fine with it only occupying the hood slot if it's easier to do. I want these rules to be concrete (ie: no bugs that allow you to equip things in combinations that break the aforementioned rules, and no bugs that prevent you from equipping items in combinations that do follow the rules) and I want the Dragon Priest masks to occupy the hood and mask slots, because this makes the most sense. Armored helmets cannot be combined with any other headgear, period. From what I can tell, hoods can be worn with either a mask or a circlet, but circlets and masks cannot be worn together. I've been doing some reading, and there are three head slots: hood, circlet, and mask. Is this an explicit change in Requiem, or is this a persisting bug? In Requiem, I can wear mage hoods and circlets together. I'm posting this here because I have another question. This seems like a vanilla problem without an easy fix.
Skyrim temple priest hood mods#
I even tested it again after adding Complete Crafting Overhaul, Clothing and Clutter Fixes, and Weapons and Armor Remade with the relevant patches, and these mods don't fix it.
Skyrim temple priest hood install#
I tested with a fresh install of Requiem without other mods, and the issue persisted.

I noticed this in an Ultimate Skyrim playthrough, and wondered if maybe it was one of the ~300 mods messing stuff up. The second uses the Winterhold Guard Helm instead, alongside Dawnguard Heavy Armor, Nordic Carved Boots, and Wolf Gauntlets. I can wear a hood under Morokei, but I can't wear a circlet with the mask. The first set combines Winterhold Guard Armor with Hide accessories and a Temple Priest Hood.
